    Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was particularly good. Booked a superior queen room with extra child bed. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to holy mosque with easy access👌🙂

    Proximity to the Haram was a major plus. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including delicious cinnamon rolls that were a highlight. Although there were minor hiccups in service during peak times, the overall experience was still enjoyable and fulfilling.

    The location is unbeatable, being just down the escalators to the mosque. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options. The housekeeping staff on the 10th floor deserves a shoutout for their hard work!

    I had perfectly clean updated room with extra bed and 4 twin bedrooms, for instance. The location was amazing, just off another establishment, a shopping mall, and the public market. It also was to Jeddah airport.

    Amazing location just steps from the Haram. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with excellent facilities. The Iftar buffet was great with a great variety. Great shopping options directly below.

    It's pretty close to haram. You leave the hotel and you go straight ahead... very easy to find. Restaurants and other shops nearby, boutique hotel style. Truly professional staff Allahouma berek. Very comfortable bed. The possibility to hang some underwear on a thread placed in the bathroom. Water and soap refill every day. Delicious breakfast! Secure Hotel. The guards who watch the entrances (burgundy and white) very respectful. A small thought to loucif or Youssef who found us a Taxi (very kind driver), jazakaAllahou kheyran.

    Checkout proved to be a hassle due to taxi access, resulting in hefty fines for drivers picking up guests in front. The hotel fell short of typical five-star expectations. Issues like inadequate toiletries, fluctuating room rates, and inconsistent replenishment of coffee supplies left us wanting more for the price paid.
